عاااجل بالصور : مسيحية تختطف ابنيها وتشهر اسلامهما بالقوة بعد اعتناقها الاسلام واستغاثة عاجلة من الاب لشيخ الازهر والقوات المسلحة

بعد تحويلها للإسلام.. أم تخطف طفليها وتُجيرهم على تغيير ديانتهم بالقوة.. والأب يستغيث بالأزهر والكنيسة والداخلية لإستعادتهم

كشفت رابطة ضحايا الاختطاف والإختفاء القسري، قيام هناء عبده كامل بنشوي، بتغيير ديانتها من المسيحية إلى الإسلام، وأجبرت في ذلك طفليها «فيلوباتير مجدى عطية، وفادى مجدي عطية» أعمارهم خسمة سنوات وثمانية سنوات، على تغيير ديانتهم وأسمائهم إلى كريم وياسين، وإتهم والدهم في ذلك الأم، بأنها قامت بخطفهم وإجبارهم على ذلك العمل.

وقام والد الطفلين مجدي عطية تجره جاد الله، بإرسال إستغاثات إلى فضيلة الدكتور احمد الطيب شيخ الأزهر الشريف، وإلى قداسة البابا تواضروس الثاني، وإلى وزارة الداخلية المصرية لمساعدته في إستعادة أطفاله، متهماً والدتهم بخطفهم بالقوة وتغيير ديانتهم إجبارياً، متحدية في ذلك القانون، وهو ما يشير إلى أنهم قد تعرضوا للضرب او الاعتداء لإجبارهم على هذا الفعل الإجرامي الذي يعتبر وطبقا للقانون، تعدي على حقوق الأطفال.

وقال إبرام لويس مؤسس رابطة ضحايا الإختطاف والإختفاء القسري، انهم سبق وأن تقدموا بعدة بلاغات طوال الثلاث سنوات الماضية للمطالبة بتفعيل جلسات النصح والارشاد، وإدخال تعديلات على القوانين التى تسمح للراغبين بتغيير ديانتهن بارادتهن المنفردة عند سن الثامنة عشر، ليصبح 21 عاماً، وذلك لضمان بلوغها الحد الأدنى من الفهم لتقييم قرارها وتحمل مسئولية هذا القرار بعيداً عن أى مؤثرات أو ضغوط من أى نوع.

وأن يتم إنعقاد الجلسات داخل المجلس القومى لحقوق الإنسان، وبحضور أحد أعضاء منظمات المجتمع المدنى العاملة فى مجال حقوق الإنسان، إلى جانب ممثل عن الأزهر وآخر عن الكنيسة.

فيما قدم نشطاء أقباط ورقه بحثيه تم اعدادها لاجراء بعض التعديلات على مواد الدستور الخاصة بالطفل والمرأة وحرية المعتقد إلى السفيرة ميرفت التلاوي رئيس المجلس القومي للمرأة، لكي تقوم بطرحها داخل لجنة الخمسين المكلفة بتعديل الدستور.

يذكر أن جلسات النصح والإرشاد، لم تكن مجرد عُرف كما يظن الكثيرون فهناك قاعدة قانونية تحكمه، ونص هذه القاعدة موجود منذ عصر إسماعيل باشا منذ سنة 1863 أي منذ حوالي 142 سنة هذه الجلسات منصوص عليها في قانون التوثيق والشهر العقاري الذي نص في المادة 58 منه علي أنه عند رغبة الشخص في إشهار إسلامه علي الجهة الإدارية "يقصد بها مديرية الأمن" أن تخطر الجهة الدينية المختصة "الكنيسة" بالحضور إلي مديرية الأمن لمناقشة من يريد إشهار إسلامه ومن حق الكاهن أن ينفرد بمن يريد تغيير دينه ليتحقق بنفسه من أن هناك رغبة أكيدة وأنه ليس هناك ضغط أو إكراه عليه وأن إقدامه علي تلك الخطوة ليس بغية تحقيق رغبة ما أو هروباً من مشكلة معينة. وفي هذه الأثناء كان يباح للكاهن أن يعقد أكثر من جلسة مع الشخص نفسه، وتكون هناك تأجيلات شبيهة بتأجيلات جلسات المحاكم، وهذه الجلسات ألغيت بقرار من وزير الداخلية الأسبق حبيب العادلى سنة 2004 بعد الأحداث التى أعقبت أزمة وفاء قسطنطين (زوجة كاهن أُشيع دخولها فى الإسلام).

After Converting to Islam, a Mother Abducts her Children & Forcibly Converts Them. Father Calls on Al Azhar & Church for Help

The Association of Victims of Abduction & Enforced Disappearances (AVAED) revealed that Hanaa Abdou Kamel Bishoy after converting from Christianity to Islam, has forcibly converted her 2 children Philopateer Magdy Attia and Fady Magdy Attia, ages 5 and 8 respectively, and forced them to change their s to Kareem & Yassein, according to the children's father.

On his part, the father of the children Magdy Attia Gadalla sent calls for help to both Seikh Al Tayyeb of Al Azhar institute, and Pope Tawadros II, pope of the Coptic church. He also sent pleas to the Ministry of the Interior asking for assistance to reclaim his children. According to Mr. Gadalla, the children's mother abducted and forcibly converted them, possibly under the use of violence, which is an act that violates both the law and children's rights.

Ebraam Louis, founder of AVAED, stated that his organization has submitted numerous requests to authorities over the past 3 years, asking for the reinstatement of the long neglected guidance and advisory sessions, as well as for amending the laws that govern conversion of an individual to bump the age limit from 18 up to 21 years of age; such an amendment would ensure a minimum degree of rationalization and accountability. He further recommended that the sessions be held in the Human Rights National Council office in the presence of a Human Rights NGO representative, as well as representatives from Al Azhar institute, and the church.

Furthermore, a proposal to modify the articles of the Egyptian constitution concerning women and children was drafted by a number of Coptic activists and handed in to Ambassador Mervat El Talawy to present to the constitution drafting committee which is currently in session.

While some believe that the guidance and advisory sessions are part of a common law, they have in fact been part of the Egyptian law since 1863. In particular, some 142 years ago, it was legislated in Article 58 of the ation Law and Management of Real Estate Registration, that these sessions be provided as part of its services. The article states that in case an individual expressed desire to convert to Islam, the executive branch (i.e. Police) would inform the church, who in turn would send a representative to debate the decision with the convert. The priest is further authorized to request a one-on-one meeting with the convert to verify that the decision is made out of their free will, that they are not under any form of pressure or coercion, and that they are not making this choice to achieve a gain or escape a problem. Multiple sessions could be held and meetings could be adjourned for a follow up session.

Since 2004, following a case in which the convert was a priest's wife, Mrs. Wafaa Costantine, these sessions were cancelled by the then Minister of the Interior, Mr. Habib El Adly.
